You certainly will feel as though you are camping in the middle of nowhere and what can be better than having absolutely nothing surrounding you other than farmland and rolling hills!
All camping is included in the price of your ticket. Portable toilets and showers are on site.
A site map will be available online closer to the date of the festival and everyone will be provided with a site map upon arrival.
CARAVANS & CAMPERVANS
Please note that there is no electrical hook ups on site.
B&B / SELF CATERING
Do not worry if camping is not for you. Within a short walk into the hamlet you will find some B&B and Self Catering accommodation.
Within a short drive (approximately 10 mins) is Winster where Self Catering accommodation is also available or carry on for a further 5 minutes and you will reach the town of Matlock where there are plenty of B&Bs, Self Catering and a Premier Inn.
Arriving & Pitching
The site opens at 12pm and pitching is on a first come, first pitch bases. The Camping and Caravan/Camper Van site is located close to the festival entrance. Car parking is also close to the festival entrance.
Please note that sleeping in cars is not permitted.
You will be able to drive your vehicle to the campsite and pitch up next to your car. You will also be close to the site entrance and toilets. Upon arrival please go to the information desk at the site entrance and a member of our crew will assist you. Once you have purchased your ticket, it is important that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will require proof of eligibility and details of how we can assist you.
Toilets and Showers
There will be plenty of toilets within the camp site and within the festival arena. Toilet attendants will ensure that all cubicles will be regularly sterilised and that toilet roll and hand sanitiser is always available. We will be providing hot showers but please be aware that there may be queues for these facilities.
There will plenty of vendors within the festival site selling hot and cold food. For safety reasons we are not permitting BBQs and small gas camping stoves.
Femme Fest is all about partying and there will be plenty of bars with in the festival to get your party juices flowing. If you are bringing your own alcohol to the Festival, remember that amounts considered beyond reasonable personal use will be confiscated at the gate. All glass bottles will also be confiscated - you must decant all contents into alternative bottles before you come on site. Drinks are strictly prohibited within the festival arena.
Dogs are allowed at the festival but must always be kept on leads. Owners must ensure that they clean up after them. There are taps on site providing cold water. Please remember that Femme Fest is a music festival and the wellbeing and safety of your pets must always be ensured. We advise that if your pet is afraid of loud music or noise that you do not bring them. If you have any concerns please contact us at email@example.com and will provide you with information of our festival plans, some which may affect the wellbeing of your dog.
