Please Note:

You will need to purchase your own ticket before we can issue either a carer or companion ticket. If you are unable to provide the sufficient proof required and your application is declined, we will not be able to issue a refund on your ticket.

If you have full time care, either paid or unpaid, we can provide a free carers pass. To qualify for a free carers pass we will require one of the documents below plus your carers, Carers Allowance Letter of Award and photo ID upon entry. If you do not have a full time carer but require support and assistance we can offer a 20% discounted ticket.

We ask you to provide one of the following forms of documentation which will act as evidence of your requirements.

  • a Carers Allowance Letter of Award
  • DLA (care and / or mobility
  • PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
  • D/deaf or blind registration
  • Blue Badge (Permitted for parking requests only)
